Universal kitchen knife Suncraft SENZO PROFESSIONAL Petty 135 mm, looks like a chef's knife. In fact, it is a smaller version of it and, as the name suggests, this knife has almost unlimited uses.

The SENZO PROFESSIONAL line is a combination of the highest quality Japanese steel with a traditional European handle. For everyone who expects perfect sharpness, Japanese blade design and subdued design of the wooden handle. In this case, there are no eye-catching fireworks, as we are accustomed to by the forging masters at Suncraft. However, we have sophisticated design flavors and one of the best steels, i.e. powder steel *Super Gold 2.

SENZO PROFESSIONAL knife blades are forged from 3 layers of steel, where the core is SG2 steel. Thanks to this workmanship, a characteristic line called Katana-Edge is created on the blade. This decoration comes from the traditional production of Japanese swords. Over time, the blade line may become a little darker, which will further highlight the Far Eastern character of the knife.

The handle of the knives is made of Pakkawood dyed black. It is wood impregnated with resin, which perfectly protects against moisture. The knife handle is attached to the tang with three rivets, the middle of which is a decorative rivet calledMosaic-pin. The base of the handle is topped with a steel ring, which additionally protects the wood against dirt and facilitates cleaning and maintenance of the knife. The specially profiled shape of the handle is very ergonomic and fits perfectly in the hand.

* SG2 (Super Gold #2) powder steel with high corrosion resistance, popularly called stainless steel, is one of the best materials for the production of blades. It is created as a result of a complex process in which superfine steel nanoparticles are merged together, heated and formed into the desired shape. This is a production method completely different from "traditional" smelting and allows you to obtain steel with much better performance parameters and, in the case of blades, above-average resistance to dulling.
