The pot is crafted with two 18/10 stainless steel layers and a heat-radiant aluminum core to deliver fast and even cooking. A stain-resistant finish on the exterior prevents heat discoloration. A lightweight, contoured stainless steel handle keeps cooking comfortable while the streamlined rivets eliminate food traps for a seamless, snag-free interior. Permanent markings on interior walls are great for adding stock, water, milk and other liquid ingredients. A clear, tempered glass lid makes it easy to check the progress of your dish without losing heat and the double-duty knob works as a stand to create a rest area for tools and to keep your countertop clean.
