Описание
The module allows you to control four DC motors (DC), with two stepper motors or two servos using Arduino kits. The system allows you to adjust the direction and speed of rotation of the motors with a current consumption of 1.2 A and a voltage of 12 V. Communicates through I2C interface, using only two lines of Arduino.
Power supply
To prevent damage to the computer port and the Arduino module through the consumption of a relatively large current through the motors, power supply line from USB was separated from the power supply of the motors themselves. The manufacturer recommends connecting an external power source. For this purpose you can use the power supply DC or any battery. The user can also supply separately an Arduino module and the Motor Shield. There board has a jumper allowing separation of the logical part from the motors.
