Описание

Japanese King Deluxe G-45B sharpening stone with a grit of 220. The stones are the best way to grind, sharpen and polish the cutting edge. This method is also used by Japanese knife factories. The King Deluxe G-45B 220 sharpening stone is a flat, rectangular stone with dimensions 176x52x15mm and a gradation (number of grains and abrasive particles per cm2) of 220. Low gradation allows for quick repair of a damaged cutting edge or alignment and initial sharpening of severely neglected blades. The stone was placed on a plastic base equipped with rubber, non-slip feet. King is a brand belonging to MATSUNAGA STONE CO., LTD, founded in 1948. which specializes in the production of various types of abrasive materials, including stones for sharpening knives. The high quality of the offered products has made King stones recognizable and highly valued all over the world Knife sharpening: Selection of grit #220 - #600 when the knife is very blunt or has a damaged, chipped cutting edge #800 - #1200 for regularly sharpened, slightly dull knives #1500 - #6000 for final smoothing and polishing Sharpening 1. A few minutes before use, the stone should be soaked in water. When sharpening, the stone should be wet all the time. 2. Place the stone steadily on the countertop. You can place a damp cloth or paper towel under the stone to prevent it from moving. The knife should be placed at an angle of 15-20 degrees to the stone. 3. Depending on the type of blade: - single-sided knife - sharpen 90% on one side and 10% on the other - double-sided knife - sharpen equally on both sides 4. After sharpening, remove burrs from the cutting edge. To do this, place the knife perpendicular to the stone and, maintaining this angle, gently move it along the entire cutting edge, once on one side and then on the other side of the blade. Maintenance The stone should be thoroughly washed and dried after use. Over time, depressions may appear on the surface and should be leveled, e.g. using a special leveling stone. #// #Japanese sharpening stone King Deluxe G-45B with grit 220 Stones are the best way to grind, sharpen and polish the cutting edge.
