Product description: Digital temperature and humidity sensor - HTU31-D - STEMMA QT / Qwiic - Adafruit 4832

Digitalsensor manufactured by Adafruit. It was equipped with theHTU31-D system- the third generation of TE sensors fortemperatureandhumidity measurement. The temperature measurement range is-40 ° C to 85 ° C(with an accuracy of +/- 0.3 ° C), and the humidity isfrom 0% to 80% RH(with an accuracy of +/- 2% RH). The module uses theI2Cinterface for communication with the main module. It was also equipped withSTEMMA QT / Qwiic connectorsand outputs in the form of solder pads. The set includes a dedicatedgoldpinstrip (2.54 mm pitch), which should be soldered in the marked places.

Description of the pins of the digital sensor from Adafruit

The sensor from Adafruit can be connected in two ways - using the STEMMA QT / Qwiic connector or through the standard goldpin connectors. The set includes a 1x8 strip with a pitch of 2.54 mm, which must be soldered to the marked solder pads. Connect the sensor according to the following dependencies:

  • VIN - power pin in the range from 3 V to 5 V
  • GND - the ground of the system
  • SCL - clock line of the I2C communication interface
  • SDA - clock line of the I2C communication interface
  • SRT - RESET pin
  • ADDR - pin for selecting the address of the I2C communication interface
