USB-UART FTDI 5V converter on 1.9m USB cable - SparkFun DEV-09718

Converter enables the connection between two popular serial interfaces USB and UART. The module is based on the reliable system FT232RQ (documentation) made by FTDI, which ensures stable operation and cooperation with the most popular operating systems.

The module can be used to exchange data between the computer and the microcontroller system or for programming electronic sets with remote serial interface, e.g. Arduino or STM32Discovery.

FTDI by SparkFun was developed with programming Arduino in mind. The distance between the connectors is suitable for modules Arduino Pro: female goldpin 6 x 1.

The module has terminals in the form of corner connectors female goldpin with signals RTS, Rx, Tx, CTS and lines power supply: PWR (5 V) and GND. The converter connects to the computer using a 1.9-meter-long cable.
