The new Meow electric motorcycle from Yotsuba is halfway between small balance bikes and gasoline motorcycles for kids. Ideal for children who are too young to ride motorbikes or real racing electric motorcycles, with the Meow they can do it more easily. FEATURES SMALL AND LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGN The weight of this electric motorcycle is about 12.5 kg. It weighs just a little more than a children´s bicycle and only a quarter of what a 50cc motorcycle for kids weighs. A heavy motorcycle can scare and worry children. A lightweight design provides a feeling of safety and confidence for riding. AUTOMATIC ENGINE SHUTDOWN WHEN FALLING The energy from the electric motor is cut off when falling thanks to the 3-axis sensor. After picking up the motorcycle, children have to completely close the throttle to restart, due to this motorcycle´s electrical program. EASY CHARGING Small and lightweight design. Easily charge the motorcycle in your car. There´s no gas or oil inside the motorcycle, allowing it to be laid down or placed upside down for loading into your vehicle. The motorcycle can fit easily in the trunk of any car. SMALL HANDLEBAR The diameter of the electric throttle grip is 19.1mm. Specially designed for children´s small hands. The control levers are also thinner than standard levers to facilitate control with small hands. WATER RESISTANT It is an all-terrain motorcycle that can handle puddles. Of course, the motorcycle can be washed with water. *Do not cross deep rivers or wash in a high-pressure washing machine. SMOOTH START The specially programmed speed controller provides smooth starts. 3 different maximum speeds can be selected, from 6 km/h to 18 km/h, using the selection switch. At first, it´s not easy for the child to balance on the motorcycle at a slow speed. In this case, the 6 km/h speed is the same as walking speed for parents. This speed makes it easy for parents to keep up with their child and the motorcycle. HUB MOTOR This motorcycle has no chain or sprockets. It uses a hub motor built into the rear wheel. This reduces the possibility of catching fingers or feet on the chain or sprockets. This configuration is an advantage in terms of safety and also in terms of motorcycle handling. Being close to the ground, the weight of the motor provides a lower center of gravity and helps when picking up the motorcycle. STEERING DAMPER This spring prevents falling in the event of sudden steering reactions due to terrain irregularities and unusual steering control. Mounted between the frame and the front forks, it smoothens rapid steering responses. LITHIUM BATTERY Equipped with a 24V lithium-ion battery. When the battery power is less than 1/3, the warning indicator light will flash. With a full charge, children can ride the motorcycle for between 30 and 120 minutes. The charging port is located under the chassis. It can be charged from any household power outlet. The battery takes 2.5 hours to fully charge. STICKERS The initial sticker kit delivered with the motorcycle to customize it to each child´s liking consists of red and blue stickers. Optionally available are other sticker kits in colors such as yellow, green, orange, and light blue.
