STLINK-V3MINIE is a module manufactured by STMicroelectronics - a leader among the creators of semiconductor technologies. The module uses JTAG / SWD interfaces, which makes it suitable for debugging and programming any STM32 microcontrollers. Virtual COM port for host PC allows communication with target microcontroller via UART interface.

2. Use the supplied cable or the BTB edge connector to connect the STLINK-V3MINIE and the module being programmed.
3. Use the USB A - USB C cable to connect STLINK-V3MINIE to the computer.
4. Check that the COM LED is red.
5. Open a utility or the STM32CubeProgrammer software tool.
