Soldering station 2in1 Yihua 878D - 700W

Yihua 878D soldering iron has a LED display, on which the temperature of hot air is shown. Temperature control of the blown air is enabled by buttons and the fan power is regulated by the bigger one of the knobs. The temperature of the flask soldering iron is set with a smaller knob.

The station has a sensor in the stand of the hot air flask, through which, when putting of the flask, the device cools a heating element from 3 to 8 minutes, then it will be off (switches to standby mode). This procedure allows you to save energy, increase service life, and, above all, ensures greater work safety. After reaching the stand-by mode, the station can be completely switched off with the button or activated by picking up the flask.

The station is used in the electronic services for safe soldering of the QFP, BGA, SMD,PLCC, and othertemperature sensitive elements.

First run

• After delivery of equipment, it should be not immediately started.
• Equipment must remain about 12 hours at room temperature before switching on.
• All applications for damages caused by the premature commissioning of the equipment, will be denied.
• You must completely remove the screw/screws from the bottom of the station, if the source of ventilation is the compressor. These screws are marked in red (1 or 3 screws depending on model).

Heating elements (heaters) and the tips are not subject to warranty either expressed or implied, and replacing them is chargeable.
