- The Mountain Trainer Mid GTX® is a lightweight hiking boot for men, made of durable suede and abrasion-resistant textile material with a waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX® lining.
- The shoe has been developed to meet the demands of both climbs and descents in mixed and technical terrain. To this end, the Mountain Trainer Mid GTX uses a new midsole with Bilight technology. It is double-layered for good cushioning and ergonomically shaped - it ensures a good hold in the shoe and reliable wearing comfort even on long hikes.
- In the ankle area, the Flex Collar provides greater freedom of movement backwards, and thus great comfort when descending, even with heavy luggage. The lightweight, strong Vibram® Wrapping Thread Combi (WTC) outsole provides a stable yet natural running feel.
- The patented SALEWA 3F system provides flexibility, heel support and a blister-free fit right from the start. GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort lining provides optimal weather protection and climatic comfort.
