Описание

The Parker Racor Marine Fuel Filter Water Separator Turbine Series is the most trusted and reliable line of fuel-filter water-separators available on the market; and the Parker global network ensures that you can find Racor products wherever you are in the world. Duplex and Triplex Turbine units offer mariners the peace-of-mind of having a clean filter in reserve. Rough seas can stir up tank sediment which will quickly clog a single fuel filter. With Racor 77 and 791000 Turbines, a simple turn of a valve puts a clean filter back on-line. Servicing of the clogged filter can then be performed with the engine running. The Racor Marine Fuel Filter Water Separator Turbine Series system uses Aquabloc® filter elements. Aquabloc® is a unique engineered media that incorporates pleat-spacing corrugations and a graduated pore structure to increase the dirt holding capacity and extend filter life. The waterproof, rustproof and dirtproof Aquabloc® media is specially treated to separate and coalesce water from fuel, causing it to gather into large water droplets that then fall into the collection bowl. A wide range of maximum flow rates is available, starting from 60 gph (227 lpm) with a single 500FG Series, up to 540 gph (2044) with the 77 and 791000 series triple-manifold units. Racor Aquabloc® elements come in three different lengths for various flow rates and are color coded ?2? micron brown, ?10? micron blue and ?30? micron red. The lower the micron rating the finer the filtration. ?2? micron elements are required when there are no additional downstream filters. Ultimately, the micron rating preferred will be a function of fuel quality, operating climates and maintenance schedules. Why Racor Turbine Series? - Water enters the system through condensation in the fuel tank; any water present in the fuel stream will support bacterial growth that clogs filters and creates corrosive acids. Susceptible components then rust and corrode, leading to erosion and wear of critical fuel system components. - Hard contaminant silica sand particles introduced during fueling and carried by air enter the fuel supply at every transfer. Hard silica particles do the same damage as rust and water. - Soft contaminant particles from over-heated and degraded diesel fuel coats filters with black asphaltene-like contaminant, leading to power loss and engine shutdown. - Utilizing a Racor fuel filter prevents costly injector damage by the elimination of water and contaminants present in the fuel. - Downstream filters and engine components are protected and last longer when a fuel filter water separator is installed. - Save time and money by eliminating unplanned maintenance and unscheduled downtime from system component failure by protecting your engine with a reliable Racor Turbine Series fuel/water separator. How They Work: Turbine Series filter assemblies are designed to be installed on the vacuum side of the fuel transfer pump for best performance. They remove contaminates from fuel using the following three-stage process: Stage One: Water Separation: As fuel enters the filter assembly, it moves through the centrifuge and spins off large solids and water droplets which fall to the bottom of the collection bowl. Stage Two: Coalescing: Small water droplets bead-up on the surface of the conical baffle and cartridge element. When heavy enough, they too fall to the bottom of the bowl. Stage Three: Filtration: Proprietary Aquabloc® cartridge elements surface coalesce remaining water and remove damaging hard and soft contaminants. They are waterproof and effective much longer than water absorbing elements. To Find a Part Number, select: 1. Required flow rate to handle the actual system flow (not the engine consumption) 2. Bowl material 3. Accept or reject the option to include a water probe pre-installed in the bowl. (Water probes and sensors are also available separately) 4. Valve type, if any 5. Port thread type 6. Media micron rating Features: - Long life Aquabloc® engineered media elements with 98% efficiency at 4, 10 and 30 microns. - Corrosion resistant construction - UL Approved - Drain valve or plug - Available in single, double and triple assembly units - Easy no-tools servicing - Create a customized right sized solution for your application with the wide range of options available - Genuine Racor product that has been extensively tested to OEM specifications Marine Racor Turbine Series fuel filter water separators are specified and trusted by: - Super-yachts, motor yachts, powered watercraft and sailboats - Fishing boats, tug boats and dredgers. - Marine Chandlers and distribution channels - Fuel tanks and fuel supply. - Boat repair, service and refit Specifications: - SERIES TYPE: Cartridge FF/WS - BRAND: Racor - SERIES Marine Duplex 1000 Turbine - FILTERED MEDIUM: Diesel Fuel / B20 - MOUNTING: Bracket Included - NUMBER OF HOUSINGS: 2 - CLEAN PRESSURE DROP (BAR): 0.26 - CLEAN PRESSURE DROP (PSI): 3.7 - PUMP TYPE Electric Primer Pump Option: RKP1912/RKP1924 - NUMBER OF PORTS: 2 - ELEMENT TYPE: Top loaded element cartridge with 30 Micron Aquabloc® Media - REPLACEMENT ELEMENT: 2020N-30 ( Requires 2 ) - APPLICATION: Marine fuel filtration - MATERIAL: Powder Coated Aluminum Alloy - MAXIMUM WORKING PRESSURE (BAR): 1.03 - MAXIMUM WORKING PRESSURE (PSI): 15 - OVERHEAD CLEARANCE (INCH): 10 - OVERHEAD CLEARANCE (MM): 25.4 - MAXIMUM AMBIENT TEMPERATURE (C): 124 - MAXIMUM AMBIENT TEMPERATURE (F): 255 - WEIGHT: Call Racor
