Very light and compact with excellent mechanical resistance. The back has a special polyurethane coating that is water-repellent (7,000 mm water column), breathable (7,000 g/m2/24h) and windproof. The fabric does not absorb water and dries quickly, even after numerous washes. CORDURA® products are made of high tenacity, high-tech textured polyamide 6.6 for maximum resistance and durability, lightness and easy care. Even the lightest Cordura® fabric offers a resistance to abrasion that it two times higher than a normal air-jet textured nylon fabric.
