Maxim Energy Gel is an energy gel with a unique proportion of carbohydrates that combines maltodextrin and fructose 2:1 .
It does not contain glucose (sugar), does not cause stomach problems and provides energy quickly.
During long and intense physical activity, blood sugar levels may drop to below-normal levels as a result.

At the moment the use of the gel acts as an extra energy supplier.
How to use:In high intensity sports practices, start taking Energy gel 30 minutes after starting the exercise.
Take about 30/40 g (1/3 of the 100g pack) or a gel in a 33g container and then drink some water or Energy drink.
Energy Gel can be taken again after 20/30 minutes.
Do not take more than 100g per hour.
In medium intensity sports practices, start taking Energy gel 45 to 60 minutes after starting the exercise.
