In over 10,000 real dives monitored by Dr. Bruce Wienke in the Los Alamos laboratories, the formation of micro-bubbles has been studied and evaluated in order to better understand the mechanism behind how micro-bubbles are formed during a dive. Today it is the most evolved algorithm for reducing the formation of micro-bubbles without compromising dive times. Along with a few other manufacturers, MARES provides the functionality of user-replaceable standard batteries for its dive computers. By doing so, we make it possible for users to replace dead or weak batteries whenever and wherever needed. Standard batteries can be found almost anywhere around the world. You never need to abort a dive with a MARES computer because of a dead battery, and all your information is stored safely. Option to alter the safety curve, and consequently to personalize the most conservative dive programs. The Easy Access push buttons allow the diver to operate the computer in all conditions, even when wearing thick gloves.
