The Albula Hybrid is a versatile, partially insulated vest for hiking, mountaineering and ski touring. It keeps you warm in all the right spots but is breathable at the same time. The stretchy panels of the vest allow you to move freely even with its tighter fit – making it a perfect thermal layer as well. Environmentally-friendly production was important to us when we designed the Albula Hybrid: outer fabric made of recycled polyester, lining made of recycled polyamide. The Thermore® Ecodown® synthetic fiber lining is made from recycled PET bottles and is the vegan, wash-and-wear down alternative with excellent fill power and a high thermal rating in damp conditions. PFC-free durable water repellent (DWR): - Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) are often used for waterproofing but are practically non-biodegradable. Fair Wear: - Fair Wear works to ensure fair and safe working conditions in garment factories. The non-profit engages directly with factories, trade unions, NGOs and governments to protect workers’ rights. Ecodown®: - A sustainable alternative to down and the only durable thermal insulation product made from 100% post-consumer plastic bottles, Ecodown® is Global Recycled Standard certified and PETA-Approved Vegan. Recycled: - This product contains recycled materials with uncompromised performance and functionality. Choosing recycled materials reduces the use of virgin resources and helps promote a more circular economy. Care: - Do not use chlorine-based bleach - Do not dry clean or use solvents to remove stains - Do not iron or treat with steam - Spin at 400 rpm - Max 400 rpm - Tumble dry gentle - Machine wash on synthetics / permanent press cycle (max. 30° C)
