Windproof jacket for high-pulse activities with a comfortable fit and soft feel to the skin. Vanadis 2.0 is a multi-purpose jacket in a stretchy fabric to give you maximum freedom of movement. It is an ideal travel companion, that is dirt and water repellent and dries fast with our Light WindStretch™ fabric. It has two large hand pockets placed to function with a climbing harness, for easy access to your map or water bottle. The bottom hem is adjustable to tighten up when needed. The Light WindStretch™ material uses bluesign® approved Ultramid® Bio-Mass Balanced Polyamide. Features: - The 3D-adjustable hood is constructed to follow the movements of the head closely and not obscure your field of vision. - Hood adjustments are easy even when wearing mittens thanks to the cord closures. - Hood brim with thin foam that gives the feeling of wearing a cap. - Soft brushed tricot on the inner placket to protect chin. - Zipper is angled to avoid chin abrasion. - Adjustable cord on the inside bottom hem ensures a perfect fit. - Backpack friendly back pocket with invisible zipper. - Increased visibility with reflectors front and back. - Harness-adapted high placement of hand pockets - Elastic arm ends seal at the wrists to prevent wind draft. - Reinforced edges at sleeve and body hem. Well-suited for high-intensity activities the material also is ventilating, moisture wicking and dries quickly. WindStretch™ has very good wind resistance and we use it in softshell products where flexibility and durability are important. WindStrech™ will retain its visual appearance even after heavy use without losing color or pilling. - WindStretch™ fabrics are bluesign® approved. - WindStretch™ 180 g/m2 is versatile soft-shell with excellent durability and stretch. The fabric is a blend of 70% recycled polyamide, 20% polyester and 10% elastane with a fluorocarbon-free water repellent. - Light WindStretch™ 159 g/m2 is our lightest, fast-drying and most stretchy softshell fabric. It is a blend of 85% recycled polyamide and 15% elastane with a fluorocarbon-free water repellent. Care: - Machine wash at 40°C or less on reduced cycle. - Do not bleach. - Moderate-temperature drying. - Iron at low temperature. - Do not dry clean. - Wash regularly.
