A packable, lightweight hat that gives you easily accessible sun protection. It’s both ventilated and adjustable, making it perfect for fast-paced activities like hiking and trekking. The Tivar Hat is made from our Ultramid® Biomass Balanced Polyamide fabric, making it quick-drying and light, with a high-wicking sweatband inside. It has a thin foam around the brim for stability and a wire in the edges, so you can shape it for ideal protection. The fit is adjustable with an elastic cord system on the back and it has ventilation areas on the sides. With a detachable elastic cord and toggle so you can attach it your garment or pack in high winds, and reflective details for added safety. In production of Ultramid® Biomass Balance Polyamide a certain amount of fossil resources is replaced with an equivalent amount of renewable feedstock, such as biogas or bio-naphtha.
