Loride 2.0 is a wind jacket fully made from natural and organic fibers. The Loride 2.0 jacket is great for a summer hike, bike commute or any other activity where you need both great breathability and wind resistance. Light and comfortable, Loride 2.0 is the perfect cotton alternative to a wind jacket with water resistance. The cotton fibers are densely woven which makes the material strong and durable. The jacket is water repellent and can take a light rain – but not a downpour. It comes with a hood that can be tightened to fit like a cap and has a quilted brim. Made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, the highest possible certification in the world for cotton. Features: - The 3D-adjustable hood is constructed to follow the movements of your head closely and not obscure your field of vision. - Hood adjustments are easy to make thanks to the cord closures. - Brim with soft foam inside to stabilize and protect from sun and wind. - Soft brushed tricot on the inner placket to protect chin. - Zipper is angled to avoid chin abrasion. - Loose yoke for effective ventilation in back. Cotton is quiet in use, ages very well with a nice patina like denim. The material has excellent ventilation properties and provides a comfortable and dry feeling on the inside. It’s a material permissive to air and moisture and an organic water-resistant treatment on the surface will keep you dry for a while in light rain, but if you expect a downpour, it’s wise to bring a waterproof shell. - EtaDry® is made of long and densly woven fibres wich have benefits like increased durability and resistance to abrasion, and is attractive for mountaineering in cool temperatures as good ventilation is retained. - EtaDry® is complimented by a heavier weave called EtaProof.
