Frying pan with an additional insert for frying eggs with a diameter of 20 cm by KINGHOFF, made of stainless steel covered with a marble non-stick coating. Practical recesses finished with a non-stick coating are easy to clean and allow you to easily fry. eggs with a small amount of fat or poach eggs. After removing the insert, the pan performs its traditional function.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Remove the tray insert from the pan.

2. Optional: Grease containers with butter or olive oil.

3. Add 1.5 cm of water, cook over medium heat, avoid drying out.

4. Gently place the tray with containers into the pan and heat. Break an egg into each container. Be careful not to break the yolk. Cover and simmer.

5. Cook to desired degree. No leaking egg whites means ready. For a soft yolk: 5 minutes (large eggs), 4 minutes (medium). Longer for firmer yolks.

6. Turn off the burner and carefully remove the pan.

7. Remove the eggs with a spatula, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
