This split cable hook stopper is for the ATV and UTV winch. Weight: 113g Width: 2.8 inches, Thickness: 1.77 inches. This Kfi split cable hook stopper fits between the two outer rollers on an ATV or UTV winch. It also works great with the synthetic rope and or loop leash. Reasons to buy a split cable hook stopper: eliminates wear on your reels from the hook. Prevents hook clatters from getting on the way. Installation: Note: Wear leather gloves. 1) Free-wheel winch and extendable approx. 60cm cable 2) Pull the hair clip and release the clevis from the winch. 3) Remove the four screws to attach the two halves of the split cable hook together. Place the cable or rope between the two halves. Insert the four screws and tighten them. 4) Attach hook back to the end of the cable. 5) To store the hook, retract the coupling and retract the cable onto the winch until the hook sits firmly against the hook stopper and leash. 6) Position the hook stopper at approx. 3/4 of the total line spacing towards the hook while using the winch
