Le Fondant conditioner

A shine enhancing conditioner for dull hair seeking shine. Hair is soft, shiny with a lightweight silky touch. Use: Apply a hazelnut sized amount on washed and towel-dried hair. Work through mid-lengths and ends. Leave in for 2 or 3 minutes. Emulsify and rinse thoroughly.
