Product description: Environmental Combo Breakout - environmental sensor - ENS160 / BME280 - Qwiic - SparkFun SEN-22858

Environmental Combo Breakout is a multifunctional environmental sensor equipped with two systems - ENS160 and BME280 , which enable measurement of air purity , temperature , humidity and pressure. Provides a wide range of information on AQI , TVOC and equivalent CO2 (or eCO2). The module also offers the user the ability to fine-tune the measurements, thus providing highly accurate readings. It uses the I2C bus to communicate with the connected microcontroller, and the physical connection is made via solder pads or Qwiic connectors (which do not require soldering). Environmental Combo Breakout is used in building automation, in the construction of intelligent homes (Smart Home), HVAC, as well as applications related to indoor and outdoor navigation.

The module has two Qwiic connectors.

Special features of the module
  • It is a combination of two powerful systems enabling the measurement of air purity , temperature , humidity and pressure.
  • Processes IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) data such as TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compounds), eCO2 (equivalent CO2), AQI (Air Quality Index).
  • It has high resistance to moisture - the output stability is excellent over the entire range of temperatures and relative humidity, it also effectively compensates for ozone.
  • It is characterized by excellent measurement stability over the entire operating range T and RH.
  • It uses the I2C bus, with the ability to change the address from 0x53 / 0x77 to 0x52 / 0x76.
  • It is equipped with two Qwiic connectors, which enable quick connection to boards such as Arduino without the need to solder the pins.
