Описание

The new 350 Hybrid hub features a larger hub body and the proven Ratchet System with 24 teeth for improved durability. The increased hub flange size and larger spoke holes are designed to accommodate 2.34 mm DT Swiss spokes, providing greater resistance to acceleration and braking torques. The freehub system, made of hardened steel, further enhances the overall system durability. Consider building this hub into your next eMTB wheelset for an extended and stress-free riding experience. Features: Hub: - Redesigned hub shell with larger flanges specifically adapted for DT Swiss 2.34 mm spokes. Steel Freehub Body: - The cassette interface of the freehub body is optimized with a specific hardened steel for the higher loads that occur on eMTBs. Ratchet System: - Proven Ratchet System, with a specific hardened steel freehub body. Brake Interface: - The advantage of the Center Lock system is that the disc brake attachment is made with one single lock ring, which facilitates assembly. On the other hand, an advantage of the IS-System (6 Bolt) is that in the event of a necessary repair on the trail, no special tool is needed for disassembly. Center Lock: - Center Lock refers to a system for brake discs that was developed by Shimano. The brake disc is mounted on the hub by means of an external spline and screwing on a lock ring. The advantage of the Center Lock system is that the brake discs are centered and mounting requires only screwing down a single lock ring. Thru-axle: - Thru-axle refers to a wheel mounting system. RWS technology from DT Swiss allows quick, precise mounting simply by turning an easily adjustable lever. Thru-axle systems guarantee a rigid and secure connection between the wheel and the frame. Thru-axles must be compatible with the frame and fork because the built-in-width, diameter and thread of the axle vary and are defined by the frame and fork manufacturer. Boost: - Boost refers to wider axle dimensions. Frame and fork manufacturers use this to build a stiffer bike overall. A flatter spoke angle on the wheel can be created by increasing the flange distance, which improves the symmetry and increases the stiffness, especially on large wheels. Specifications: - Net weight: 176 g - Field of application: Hybrid MTB - Material: Aluminum - Axle system: 15 mm Thru Axle - Built-in dimension: 110 mm Boost - Brake Interface: Disc Center Lock - Number of holes: 32 Technology: Bearing Technology: - DT Swiss hubs are designed to function optimally once installed in a bicycle. To achieve this, the clamping force created by the wheel mounting system must be taken into account when constructing a hub. Learn how to ensure the optimal rotating property of the ball bearings and discover why DT Swiss does not offer hubs with adjustable bearing clearance.
