This knife features our Sani-Safe handle and our proprietary High Carbon, High Alloy, Stain free DEXSTEEL. The Sani-Safe handle gives you great control and the ultra sharp blade makes filleting easy. This knife is NSF certified. This fillet knife is available in 7",8" and 9" lengths. Made in U.S.A.
