CRESSI Goa Computer

After the successful Leonardo, Giotto, Newton and Drake, GOA is the fifth project designed, developed and produced in Italy 100% by Cressi Elettronica. Its a computer with watch design and completely modular construction, extremely robust and reliable.
Cressi has all the quality control of this product due to the fact that its entirely prepared and made in Cressi Elettronica, referring to either the Software programming or its production and manufacture, quality control and after sales service. Under its latest and attractive watch appearance is hiding thorough software which highlights its versatility. Its perfect for advanced divers or technical diving and for apnea or snorkeling, but surprisingly simple for medium diver because of the clear and easy information supply only with two buttons.


CONSTRUCTION
  Its mixed case made of stainless steel, ABS anti-impact allows a great lightness, resistance to blows and esthetic aging. Although its dimensions are rather contained (Ø51mm diameter), the digit view is excellent. The computers profile is extremely flat (14mm maximum height), it has a section without edges and with a completely rounded design, its highly hydrodynamic and avoids possible tears. Even the strap anchorage follows the case profile. Two rounded, low-profiled, push buttons greatly integrated in the device, and have reduced spaces to ensure O-rings watertightness when working perfectly in vertical inclination and also to avoid the entrance of particles or little sand grains that could block them. Case diameter only 48mm. Wide UFDS (User Friendly Display System) screen of 35mm diameter vs 48mm of the whole case. It includes the well-known ease of navigation and menus of Cressi computers with software. Information layout, display contrast, proportions and digits size have been studied to facilitate its reading. All data is segmented by division lines that facilitate its reading even in stress or emergency situation. Backlighted display used by the push button and in the event of an alarm. Anti-scratch resistant mineral glass protected by a stainless steel rounded crown. Resistance until 120m depth. Optional interface to see the immersions profile. Rubber strap with stainless steel buckle.
GENERAL FEATURES
  New navigation system and menus include reading ease, data access and excellent parameters modification. Remarkably configuration ease, navigation throughout the different menus and access to the great amount of information that provides in always an extremely intuitive way. Watch 12/24 hours with calendar and seconds. Precision cronometer. Alarm clock. Fuction of background light of high intensity. Indication of time of no flying and time of disaturation. Indication of low battery. Metrical or imperial unities. Replaceable battery by the user. OFF MODE for its use in snorkeling / swimming. LOG BOOK with historical memory of 50 immersions per mode. Modes: Air, Nitrox, Gauge and Apnea. Extremely extended duration of the batteries through a combination of systems: saving mode when the computer is not used with automatic start and new low consume processor. Battery CR2430. Interface with connection to the diving computer through simply supporting the computer and connection to PC with USB cable. Software suitable with all Windows and Mac versions. Calibrated Gauge in salt water for a maximum precision in the most regular use. Four available colors: W, X, Y, Z. Possibility of turning off functions DIVE to avoid unnecessary alarms during the snorkeling or swimming.

    DIVE MODE: Reset option through menu. It eliminates the residual nitrogen memory to allow it to be used in diving centers or to be rented. Backlighted display (one push, 5 seconds). Temperature, instant P02, hour and mixture used are visible underwater pushing a button. 3 years approximate autonomy (50 annual dives). Optional safety decompression stop in case of dives at safety curve. NO DEC TIME and DEC TIME with 3 digits. Calibrated in salt water to obtain a great precision. Acoustic and visual alarms with display light: P02, CNS, growth velocity, DECO, omitted DECO. Configurable altitude. Variable increase velocity with graphic indicator and visual and acoustic alarms. Profile mode: the profile appears every minute on the display of all registered dives in the logbook. Logbook independent by modalities: 75 dives or 60 diving hours with 16 information data about each dive. Diving planning mode. P02 adjustable from 1.0 to 1.6 It allows successive dives with different mixtures (its essential to reschedule the mixture in case of using Nitrox). Customizable algorithm in 3 levels (Safety Factor: SF0, SF1, SF2). RGBM + Deep Stop (optional). Algorithm Haldane 9 fabrics modified. Polyvalent Air / Nitrox between 21% and 50% O2 with 1% growths. Indication of the hour during the diving. Infringement of the ascent velocity alarms, deco phase and PPO2. Possibility of excluding the alarms of non flying.  
GAUGE MODE:

Studied to provid the basic precise parameters for diving with mixtures and decompression tables calculated through specific programs. Calibrated gauge in salt water (maximum precision). Supply of current depth, maximum depth, diving time in minutes and seconds and temperature. Logbook of 50 immersions independent from the immersions made in Gauge mode. Medium depth. Repairable cronometer under the water.
