The burners are protected by a cover, which also serves as a heat dissipator to achieve a uniform temperature over the entire surface. With a cooking area of 2100 cm2 and an power of 7.5 kW, you can serve up to 10 people in one time. The temperature can be conveniently regulated using the control knobs. The thermometer integrated in the lid allows you to monitor the temperature inside the grill area.
