Your mission? as members of the second real philanthropic expedition -you will have to investigate four mortal diseases:

From Barcelona to Lisbon -you will go in carriage -barco and train to help the population of the Iberian Peninsula.

In addition to treating patients and sharing your research -you will have to improve the rail network and purify water to contain the expansion of diseases.
