Описание

Product description: Arduino Portenta H7 Lite Connected - ABX00046

The Arduino Portenta H7 Lite Conne cted board is equipped with additional wireless communication chips: WiFi and Bluetooth, as well as a cryptographic chip, which the regular Portenta H7 Lite version does not have. Portenta H7 Lite Connected is based on the dual-core STM32H747 microcontroller, which is based on ARM Pelion technology with Cortex-M7 and Cortex-M4 cores clocked at 480 MHz and 240 MHz respectively. The use of two cores allows simultaneous execution of, for example, two Arduino and MicroPython programs.

Multitasking and flexibility of Arduino Portenta H7 Lite Connected

Arduino PortentaH7 Lite Connected and Arduino Portenta H7 Lite, just like the standard version of Arduino Portenta H7, feature a dual-core STM32H747 microcontroller whose cores can communicate with each other via the Remote Procedure Call mechanism. With this mechanism, the cores can perform individual operations among themselves and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. For example, while one core will be compiling the algorithm's calculations, the other core can work on low-level busy tasks, such as motor control, at the same time. The Arduino Portenta board can be used to create machine learning and neural network-based projects through TensorFlow™ Lite. The board supports applications, programs and code such as:

  • Arduino (using Arm® Mbed™ OS)
  • Mbed™
  • Micropython / Javascript
  • TensorFlow™.
Examples of applications for Portent's Arduino board
  • High-end industrial machines
  • Laboratory equipment
  • Computer vision
  • PLC
  • Industry-specific user interfaces
  • Robot controller
  • Critical devices
  • Fast startup calculations (ms)

New connector standard

On the bottom of the Arduino Portenta H7 Lite Connected board, you can find an 80-pin connector set. This gives the board versatility when used in projects of different sizes that need fewer or more connectors. The Portenta H7 is also compatible with the Arduino MKR series of boards, both in terms of pinouts and board size. The Portena also features a USB C connector for powering the board and for communication.
