UV 400 indicates maximum protection against ultraviolet radiation.
Category 3 refers to the degree of sun protection, which ranges from 0 to 4.
Category 3 sunglasses provide a high level of sun protection, which is suitable for common outdoor activities such as cycling, running, hiking and other sports.
Category 3 blocks 82 to 92 percent of sunlight.
