The new generation of Alphacool GPU coolers is here. The Alphacool Aurora Plexi GPX Ice Block combines outstanding performance with stunning aesthetics. What has changed? Here Alphacool pays off 16 years of experience. The already powerful ice blocks have been further optimised: a new look, thinner thermal pads (1 mm), a thinner copper block (5.5 mm) and a significantly improved flow rate are just a few of the important changes. And the design? This time, Alphacool puts lighting more in the foreground. Along the entire cooling block are addressable digital RGB LEDs, so no corner of your case stays in the dark. The edgier design compared to its predecessors reinforces this effect. What's more? There were no compromises on the materials and the cooling block is still 100% copper. Now, however, the nickel plating of the cooler has been further optimised. This increases acid resistance and almost eliminates the risk of chipping nickel plating. Another highlight is the use of the patented Alphacool stop plugs: these sit flush with the surface of the cooler and form a flat surface when screwed in. No more annoying protruding stop fittings! Finally, the branding of the ice block has been adjusted. With this product, Alphacool has proven its technical know-how. See for yourself and let your system shine in a new light.
