Alba-Combi Engine Monitoring 15 PGN - Analog to NMEA 2000 Signal Converter. Translate analogue signals from all over the boat to an NMEA2000 ®. Features: - NMEA 2000 Certified Product The unit was recognized officially by NME2000® The new AlbaCombi is a second generation device, built following our successful Alba line of converters, that translate analogue signals from all over the boat to an NMEA2000 bus. The AlbaCombi can be used to get engine data, tank levels, alarm status, generic pressure and temperature indications from any 4-20mA sensor. - Configuration and setup from PC and without any calibration tools The AlbaCombi has an Ethernet port that will allow web based calibration. Just connect your laptop to the AlbaCombi via Ethernet and you will get to the calibration and testing page. No calibration tools or special interfaces are required. This device is future proof and can be upgraded in the field via its Ethernet port. - Monitor all boat parameters anytime anywhere With AlbaCombi you can monitor engine data, tank levels, alarm status, generic pressure and temperature not only from any multifunction display but also from any smartphone or personal device with an Internet connection. - Customize your monitoring interface The Alba-Combi has an embedded monitoring web server that will allow to create a full monitoring display with analogue or digital gauges to be displayed in PC, Mac, iOS or Android devices. Whether it’s onboard via WiFi or ashore via an Internet connection, you can see what is happening aboard your vessel. - Powerful With the AlbaCombi you get twelve 0V to 32V inputs that can be used for anything from reading voltages of batteries to interfacing with any analogue gauges. Six channels can be configured to measure resistance from any industry standard engine sensor. Also there are two RPM inputs, one PTC temperature input, one shunt and two relay outputs. - Precise All twelve resistance and voltage channels have comprehensive calibration that allow you to create an 8 point calibration table or select a predefined industry standard calibration table for most common sensors and gauges. - Capable Satisfy the most demanding applications. How to recover the unit: First of all, install Mozilla Firefox. Connect the unit to your computer and confirm the ip configuration is correct. 1) Get inside in Firefox browser in the url: 192.168.0.50 2) Confirm unit is in setup mode Switch nº1: ON Switch nº2: OFF And press RESET button 3) In Firefox, press button update the firmware. You should download from the following link: http://www.albacombi.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/FirmwareAC_2_0.zip 4) Decompress the .zip and press browse button in Chrome, select the file ended in .xin and Upload. 5) Press Upload, wait around 10 seconds and wait to receive the upload confirmation message: Firmware upload succeeded 6) Turn both switches in ON position Switch nº1: ON Switch nº2: ON And press RESET button 7) Refresh Firefox browser and wait some seconds the unit should work again. With the unit recovered and both switches ON the unit works in Firefox and Chrome. But in setup mode only works in Firefox.
